Terms of Use

1. Who we are
RAW Technology Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates prepaid Wi-Fi hotspots at partner locations ("nodes"), each hosted by an independent agent or venue. These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of internet access vouchers through our captive portal, and apply to every customer who buys or redeems a voucher on our network.
2. Buying and using a voucher
When you buy a voucher, you're charged the displayed price via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or a card/other method through Pesapal, using the phone number or card you provide at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, we issue a voucher code that grants you internet access at that specific node for the package's stated duration, speed, and/or data allowance. A voucher is valid only at the node it was purchased for and only until it expires or its data allowance is used up, whichever comes first - unused time or data does not carry over and is not refundable once a voucher has been activated (its first successful login).
If a payment is deducted but no voucher is issued, contact support (see Section 8) with your payment reference so we can investigate and resolve it, including issuing your voucher or reversing the charge where appropriate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the network for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent voucher limits or another customer's session, to interfere with the network's operation, or to use the connection in a way that infringes on others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
4. Service availability
Internet access depends on hardware, power, and connectivity at each node, which we don't fully control - nodes are hosted by independent partner agents. We work to keep the network available but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we aren't liable for outages, slow speeds, or other service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
5. Payments and third-party providers
Payments are processed by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Pesapal. We don't store your mobile money PIN or full card details - those are handled directly by the payment provider. Each provider's own terms also apply to the payment itself. See our Privacy Policy for what payment-related data we do receive and keep.
6. Agents
Some nodes are operated by independent agents who register their own routers and earn a share of the revenue from vouchers sold at their location. An agent's conduct at their own venue is their own responsibility, not ours, though we require agents to comply with these Terms and our platform policies as a condition of participating in the revenue-sharing program.
An agent's revenue share is paid out to the MTN Mobile Money number, Airtel Money number, and/or bank account we've recorded for them - taken directly from a signed paper KYC form and entered into the system by our staff, not typed by the agent themselves. Before every payout to a mobile money number, the agent must reconfirm they still control that number with a one-time code sent by SMS. Payouts to a bank account are not paid out automatically - they're placed as a request and processed manually, typically within 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAW Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of - or inability to use - the network, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a voucher is limited to the amount you paid for that voucher.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continuing to buy or use vouchers after a change means you accept the updated terms.
